India:<\/h3>\n

1,2 billion inhabitants. According to official records from the Indian government, New Delhi has the highest amount of rapes per capita in this enormous country. As the result of this, a rape in the Indian capital is reported every 18th<\/sup> hour.
\nShockingly, is it often standard procedure to punish the rape victim, rather than the actual rapist.
\nThe government is however currently occupied with changing these circumstances, in an effort to punish the offender and improve women\u2019s legal status.<\/p>\n

Bangladesh:<\/h3>\n

Based on GDP per capita, Bangladesh is currently on the same level as Denmark was in the 1840s. Bangladesh is one of the world\u2019s poorest and most densely populated countries with more than 150 million people. Roughly half of the population is living below the poverty line.\u00a0 Poverty and legal security must be addressed, there mostly likely is strong correlation between poverty and the lack of opportunities for obtaining fair trial.<\/p>\n
